To help us respond efficiently
If you are reporting a problem or asking for support, it helps if you can include:
- a short description of what you were trying to do
- what happened (and what you expected to happen)
- the type of document used (e.g. Word, text-based PDF)
- screenshots of any messages shown (where appropriate)
Please avoid sending sensitive personal data unless it is necessary. Where possible, remove identifiable information before sharing examples.
Support boundaries
Ref-Check support can help with using the system and understanding how to interpret outputs. We cannot provide academic judgement, editorial judgement, or decisions about correctness in context.
If you are uncertain about local referencing requirements, please refer to your organisation’s guidance.
